The Global Bharat Sustainable City (GBS City) emerges as a living embodiment of a dream rooted in history and propelled by the future—a vision to resurrect the glory of ancient Bharat, which once stood as a beacon of prosperity, contributing to 1/4th of the world’s GDP!! Yet, this is not merely about rekindling the past; it is about igniting the present to forge the Bharat of tomorrow—a $10 trillion economy, realized under the transformative banner of MAKE IN INDIA.!

How is this even possible? It begins with courage and the foresight to identify sectors of strategic importance that spark profitable manufacturing while reducing the nation’s dependence on costly imports. What once drained our exchequer, we now craft within, creating resilience, self-reliance, and national pride. What the world aspires at a premium, we innovate to produce affordably, exporting not just products but the spirit of Bharat itself. Phase 1 of GBS City represents a bold vision for the future, with investments exceeding $20 billion USD directed toward industries of strategic significance. This transformative development is set to generate over 30,000 skilled jobs—both directly and indirectly—within the next 5 to 7 years, fuelling growth, energising communities, and positioning the city as a global hub of opportunities and economic excellence.

While ISRO has incredible milestones to its credit, limited infrastructure for private sector participation in the $469 billion global space economy constrains India’s ability to scale projects and meet its 2047 Space Vision.

Bharat Aerospace hub

India’s aerospace sector is heavily reliant on HAL, which is currently overstretched to meet the growing demand for aerospace manufacturing. This hampers India’s ability to efficiently support its defense and civil aircraft fleets while missing out on the rapidly expanding global aerospace market.

Solution: The Bharat Aerospace Hub will establish a new, state-of-the-art aerospace facility, driving the manufacturing of critical aircraft parts for existing fleets. It will also position India as a key player in the global Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) market, while fostering the production of civil aircraft and helicopters within the country.

Dron Vayu Private Ltd has partnered with Dynamatic Technologies Ltd to meet the Indian Air Force’s (IAF) demand for parts manufacturing for its fleet of aircraft and helicopters. In addition, these advanced facilities will serve the global aerospace market, supporting the maintenance and production needs of aircraft fleets worldwide

Led by Vyom Space exploration and services Private Ltd, alongside leading space agencies and private enterprises. Vyom Space has already secured agreements with ISRO for its Pushpak-Human Capsule, and limitless possibilities beckon with the next gen Indian rockets, designed to redefine the boundaries of space exploration.

With the robust infrastructure at Sriharikota in place, the moment is ripe to accelerate India’s space ambitions, as envisioned in Honb'le Prime Minister's Space Vision 2047.

Akashganga Space Hub will serve as a premier destination for global companies joining as OEMs, addressing Indian and global demand for next-generation rockets, human capsule cargo programs, the Bharat Antariksh Station, lunar missions, and sea launch platforms. To support these ambitious projects, we will build world-class infrastructure, including dedicated townships for OEM employees and their families, alongside R&D centres to drive long-term collaboration and innovation.

India remains the world’s largest importer of arms, accounting for 9.8% of global defence imports. This dependency not only strains the national budget, it exposes the country to security risks due to supply chain vulnerabilities.

Our Solution: The Bharat Defence Hub aims to build indigenous manufacturing capabilities for UAVs, coastal surveillance systems, armoured vehicles, and advanced ammunition. This will drastically reduce reliance on imports and enhance India’s defence self-reliance, reinforcing national security and economic stability.

GBS City will also serve as a hub for global companies to manufacture defence equipment, aligning with India’s "Make in India" initiative. This will accelerate technological advancements and position India as a leader in global defence manufacturing.

The Digital Economy is a key focus of India's development strategy, positioning the nation as a global leader in innovation and technology. India is pioneering the creation of entirely new processes for software development and hardware engineering, particularly in the areas of semiconductors and microchips. These cutting-edge technologies are expected to be among the most advanced in the world, driving India towards complete self-sufficiency.

The Bharat Silicon Hub would establish a robust domestic semiconductor ecosystem, not only ensure independence in critical technology but also develop proprietary intellectual property (IP) that will be fully owned and controlled within the country. This move will empower India to play a pivotal role in the global digital economy, contributing to both national security and economic growth.

India's food waste problem is monumental. According to various reports, nearly 40% of the country's food production is lost post-harvest—a massive waste of food and the resources behind it, including water, labor, energy, and inputs.

Addressing this crisis, GBS City is partnering with the Neutrino Energy Group to introduce the groundbreaking Neutrino Power Cube to India, driving a rural transformation. This pioneering collaboration will revolutionize India’s $100B cold storage industry by 2035, create 7M jobs, uplift farmer incomes, and seamlessly integrate remote regions into the country’s agricultural value chain.

GBS City envisions being at the forefront of green energy stewardship, pioneering the production of innovative green energy solutions.

In 2015, Takaaki Kajita of Japan and Arthur McDonald of Canada made a groundbreaking discovery that neutrinos—tiny cosmic particles—have mass, earning them the Nobel Prize in Physics. This revelation paved the way for Neutrinovoltaic technology, which converts the energy of invisible radiation, including neutrinos, into electricity.

The GBS City Data Centre Hub is designed to serve not only the city’s big data needs but also the expanding demands of hyper-scalers, cloud providers, and networking companies worldwide.

The carbon-neutral, green energy-powered facility will offer an impressive 100MW capacity per data centre. Backed by the Green Horizons Project, it will be designed for ultimate reliability, providing uninterruptible renewable power to ensure seamless operation.

The high-security campus will feature a dedicated power plant, water reservoir, utility nodes, and ultra-fast fiber optic lines, providing unrivaled connectivity. With defensive architecture built to protect against all known risks, this will be a digital fortress, ready to meet the demands of the future while maintaining the highest standards of sustainability and security.

The Neutrino PowerCube presents an off-grid, uninterrupted power solution for cold chain storage and agro-processing, enabling farmers to preserve produce, reduce waste, and maximize profits.

Additionally, by eliminating energy costs from the cold storage sector, our plan saves the government up to $25 billion over a decade by reducing the need for subsidized electricity, fuel imports, and financial assistance to distressed farmers.

SAMJO de-carbon technology, developed by SAMPRIYA DE-CARBON TECHNOLOGY, is a cutting-edge on-demand hydrogen system designed to enhance the efficiency and reduce emissions of internal combustion engines. By electrolyzing water to produce a hydrogen-oxygen gas mixture (SAMJO technology), the device injects this gas into the engine’s air intake, where it acts as a combustion catalyst, enabling faster and more complete fuel burn.

This process not only improves engine performance, power, and torque by up to 20% but also significantly reduces carbon emissions, fuel consumption (by 50-55%), and maintenance needs, while extending engine life up to three times.

The SAMJO system is maintenance-free, compatible with all engine types, and integrates seamlessly with existing engine control units. Available in customizable kits for diesel and gasoline engines, it is ideal for commercial fleets and construction equipment, offering a sustainable solution for cleaner, more efficient combustion during the global transition to clean energy. Sampriya Communications Telecom Private Limited, a New York-based software innovator, is leading the global shift to IPTV—the next evolution in television broadcast delivery from analog and digital to internet protocol.

With a decade of R&D, Sampriya Comm has developed a patented, carrier-agnostic, end-to-end software platform that enables any carrier—cable, telco, fixed wireless, satellite, or mobile—to seamlessly convert to IPTV over their existing infrastructure. This disruptive technology enhances plant growth by filtering out harmful light and optimizing the light spectrum tailored to each plant’s needs, resulting in faster growth, superior flavor, and healthier crops—all powered by natural sunlight.

The Sam Priya Filter accelerates plant growth by 70%, reducing a 6-month crop cycle to just 2 months and a 3-month cycle to 1 month, while yielding 10 to 15 times more produce than traditional methods. It also slashes water usage by 80-90%, eliminating the need for chemicals, pesticides and fertilizers, and ensures granular control over light cycles.
